We are excited to welcome Jason Sardis as the new Sporting Director of Team Boca Soccer Club.

Jason brings more than 20 years of coaching and leadership experience across College Soccer, MLS NEXT, ECNL, and the Boys and Girls U.S. Soccer Development Academy. He has served as a Technical Director, Director of Methodology and Head Coach, helping establish club-wide playing philosophies, develop coaches, and create clear pathways for players.His playing background includes representing the U17, U18, and U20 U.S. Youth National Teams and four years at the University of Maryland, where he finished third all-time in points.
